Return Policy

We want you to love your new art! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

 

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at art_by_catherine@live.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Custom Orders

Please note: Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.
