'The Wildcats Pure Bravado' by C Neville is a cartoon comic
book written in Glaswegian Scots and illustrated by cartoonist
Catherine Neville about a trio of east end tenement cats called
Droos, Bogey and Moss who call themselves The Wildcats after
the fierce and untameable Scottish Wildcat but in actual fact they
don't quite live up to their own ideas of inherent bravado.
The book is a humorous collection of stories about the gang and their
misadventures and their endless dealings with rival gangs the Jam
Cats who are always attired in bike helmets and leather and their
other nemesis the Furthugs who also roam the streets of the city.
The book was published in 2022 and has come with great reviews
and some customers have bought more than one copy as a unique
gift for their friends or family.
